DSTV Experts Install provides DSTV installation, relocation, repair, signal alignment, decoder setup, Smart LNB installation and maintenance services. We are an independent DSTV-trained installation team and are not directly affiliated with MultiChoice.
All quotes are provided in writing on WhatsApp or email and are valid for 7 days. The quoted price is what you pay on completion — no hidden call-out fees. Additional work (e.g. extra cabling, height-access equipment) will only be invoiced after written or verbal agreement on-site.
We aim to arrive within the agreed time window. If unforeseen delays occur, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. Same-day service is subject to technician availability.
Every installation passes our 12-point quality check and is covered by a lifetime workmanship guarantee. If anything we installed fails as a result of our installation work, we will return and rectify at no cost. The guarantee excludes damage caused by weather, third-party tampering or hardware faults outside our installation work.
Payment is due on completion via EFT, instant EFT or cash. A receipt is issued via email or WhatsApp immediately on payment.
Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the agreed time. Late cancellations or no-shows may attract a small admin fee.
We take reasonable care while working on your property. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our work, we will repair or replace the affected item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
